Tea Inspiration for the 21^st Century is the evolution of the revolution in tea that Dilmah sparked through it’s Real High Tea Challenge which involved 710 contestants from over 15 countries that challenged the dated concepts of tea. Ti21 continues that spirit of challenging Chefs, Sommeliers and Tea Aficionados to present the unique goodness in tea with mixology and culinary innovation. The competition which in its first phase required participants to serve tea for morning, afternoon and evening, will now challenge participants to reimagine tea as a dessert with mixology and gastronomy.
