- 60ml Dilmah Toffee & Banana (5 minute brew)
- 40ml Pampero Anniversario aged rum
- 30ml double cream
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 1 fresh egg
Methods and Directions
- Add all ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- Strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
