Ingredients

  • 90ml Dilmah Ceylon Supreme brewed tea, chilled
  • 30ml Cointreau
  • Sugar Syrup
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1 orange
  • Ice
  • Old-fashioned glass

Methods and Directions

  • Gently mix half an orange with ice, Cointreau and sugar syrup.
  • Add the chilled tea.
  • Gently shake and strain on ice.
  • Add two lime wedges for taste and garnish.
