Ingredients

  • 40ml Dilmah t-Series Natural Rosehip with Hibiscus
  • 20ml Gin
  • 5ml Sugar syrup

Methods and Directions

  • Brew 2g of the herb in 100ml of hot water for 5 minutes and strain.
  • Pour the herbal infusion and balance ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker.
  • Vigorously shake the ingredients with a few cubes of ice for 8-10 seconds.
  • Pour into a champagne glass.
