Ingredients
- 40ml Dilmah t-Series Natural Rosehip with Hibiscus
- 20ml Gin
- 5ml Sugar syrup
Methods and Directions
- Brew 2g of the herb in 100ml of hot water for 5 minutes and strain.
- Pour the herbal infusion and balance ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker.
- Vigorously shake the ingredients with a few cubes of ice for 8-10 seconds.
- Pour into a champagne glass.
