  • 20 ml Late Bottled Vintage Port
  • 15 ml Bols Sloe Gin
  • 3 large dashes Dilmah First Ceylon Souchong Tincture*

Methods and Directions

  • Throw ingredients over ice back and forth between two shakers.
  • Serve over ice in an Old Fashioned glass.
  • Garnish with cinnamon smoked chocolates.

*Prepare the tincture by steeping 10 g Dilmah First Ceylon Souchong tea in 100 ml Bols 6yr Corenwyn.
