- 15ml Lychee Syrup (Gambino)
- 40ml House Made Strawberry Cordial
- 10ml Clarified Lemon Juice
- 250g Strawberry Fruit
- 10g Cinnamon Stick
- 3 seeds Star Anis
- 9 seeds Black Paper Corn
- 9 seeds Clove
- 1 whole Lemon Peel
- 1 whole Orange Peel
- 40ml Vanilla Syrup
- 50ml Honey
- 100g Granulated Sugar
- 2 bags Dilmah Yum Pure Chamomile Infusion
- 2 bags Dilmah Yum Green tea with Jasmine
- 700ml Water
- 300ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 200ml Water
- 7g Agar-agar
Methods and Directions
- Swirl in Decanter Wine for 30 seconds
- 3 hours Sous Vide
- 3 minute to boil
- 3 hours Clarified in V60 Dripper
