Ingredients
First Step - Prepare Emerald Hill Celebration Green Tea Cordial*Ingredients:
- 10 g Emerald Hill Celebration Green Tea
- 800ml 70*C Water
- 250 g Caster Sugar
- 2 bar Spoons Citric Acid
Brew the tea for 4 minutes in the water, add sugar and citric acid and stir properly until dissolved. Strain the mix and bottle it.
Emerald Cocktails Ingredients
- 30 ml Colombo Gin
- 30 ml Noilly Prat Dry
- 15 ml Emerald Hill Celebration Green Tea Cordial*
Methods and Directions
Put all ingredients into mixing glass, fill up with ice and stir. Strain into cocktail coupe and garnish with cucumber peel.Similar Recipes
