- 40 ml Tanqueray no. Ten
- 1 bar spoon Orange marmalade
- Dash egg-white
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Grapefruit sherbet
Methods and Directions
- Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with loose tea.
