Ingredients
- 40ml Dilmah t-Series Organic Ceylon Flowery Pekoe
- 20ml Orange juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup (Coloured blue)
Methods and Directions
- Brew 2g of tea in 100ml of hot water for 5 minutes and strain.
- Add the ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker with a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
- Pour into a champagne glass.
