Ingredients
- 160 ml Dilmah Iced Tea with peach & pear
- 40 ml Bacardi rum
- 10 ml cinnamon syrup (or sugar syrup and a pinch of ground cinnamon)
- Fresh lime squeeze (5 ml fresh lime juice)
Methods and Directions
- Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball and stir
- Garnish with a pear fan
