- 200ml fresh brewed Dilmah Strawberry
- 40ml runny honey
- 2 dashes “The Bitter Truth” lemon bitters (optional)
- 50ml ginger beer
- 4 sliced strawberries
Methods and Directions
- Fill the balloon glass completely with ice cubes and strawberry slices
- Add the bitters
- Dissolve the honey in the fresh brewed tea and pour over ice in the glass and top up with ginger beer
