- 75ml Dilmah English Breakfast Tea
- 50ml Rum
- 50ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- One or two drops of Angostura Bitter
Methods and Directions
- Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool.
- Add all the ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker and shake well.
