Ingredients
- 60ml Clarified Pinacolada
- 20ml Bacardi Light Rum
- 5 dash Saline Solution
- 120ml "Tonic Infused With Dilmah Yum Green Tea with Coconut and Mango"
- 250ml Pineapple Juice
- 300ml Coconut Milk
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 200ml Bacardi Light Rum
- 200ml Fresh Milk
Methods and Directions
Milk Wash- Tonic Infused With Dilmah Yum Green Tea with Coconut and Mango
- 1L Fever Tree Tonic Water
- 6 tea bags Dilmah Yum Green Tea with Coconut & Mango
- Combine all ingredients in a sous vide bag
- Seal and cook in water bath at 70c for 2 hours
- "Strain the liquid and let it sit to normal temperature, then charge it into soda syphon ."
