- 40 ml Gin infused with Dilmah Mandarin Marzipan Pekoe*
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml agave or bee honey
- 40 ml Dilmah Mandarin & Marzipan Pekoe brew (cold)
- 40 ml fresh mandarin juice
- ice cubes
- Optional: 20 ml of egg white
*Infuse 200 ml of Gin with 1 bag of Dilmah Mandarin & Marzipan Pekoe for 30 minutes at room temperature. Stir from time to time.
