Ingredients
- 50ml Dilmah t-Series Italian Almond Tea
- 25ml Bailey’s Irish cream liqueur
- 25ml Cognac VSOP
- 10ml Sugar syrup
Methods and Directions
- Brew 2g Dilmah t-Series Italian Almond Tea in 50ml of hot water for 3 minutes.
- Pour the ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker with 1 or 2 cubes of ice.
- Shake vigorously for 5-8 seconds.
- Gently pour the cocktail in a circular motion into the Martini glass.
