Ingredients
- 60ml chilled Dilmah Passion Fruit, Pomegranate and Honeysuckle
- 50ml Maker’s Mark bourbon
- 20ml Monin Honey syrup
- 1 dash “The Bitter Truth” orange bitters
- 1 passion fruit
Methods and Directions
- Empty the passion fruit into the glass, add the syrup and the bitters and stir
- Add 10ml bourbon and two ice cubes and stir for 20 seconds, repeat this step 4 times
- Add two ice cubes and the tea and stir for 20 seconds
