Ingredients
- 80 ml Park Estate Emerald Green Special OP (chilled, 3 minute brew)
- 50 ml (Hendrick’s) Gin
- 15 ml (Rosemary & Green Tea) syrup*
- 10 ml lemon juice
- Tonic water
*Rosemary Green Tea Syrup: Infuse rosemary and 2.5 grams of Emerald green tea for 5 minutes in 80°C spring water. Strain and dissolve 300g of sugar in the tea. Use chilled, store refrigerated.
Methods and Directions
- Add the first four ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously for 8 seconds
- Strain into an ice-filled double old fashioned
- Top up with tonic water
- Garnish with a sprayed orange zest and a sprig of rosemary
