  • 30 ml Peach Puree
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Oolong Syrup
  • 30 ml Gin
  • Top up with Oolong Soda
  • Peach or lemon zest to garnish
  • 1 Tea bag Dilmah Oolong Tea with Peach
  • 200 ml Sugar syrup

Methods and Directions

Oolong Soda

  • Put one tea bag of Dilmah Oolong Tea with Peach in 200 ml water.
  • Keep in the fridge for 6 hours then remove and put into CO2 Syphon.
  • Add CO2 and keep in the fridge.

Oolong Syrup

  • Infuse 200 ml of sugar syrup [1:1] with 1 tea bag of Dilmah Oolong Tea with Peach, for around 24 hours.


  • Shake all ingredients without Oolong soda.
  • Fine Strain into flute glass.
  • Top up with Oolong soda.
  • Garnish with peach (if not available with lemon zest) and enjoy!
