Ingredients
- 125ml Dilmah Organic Tropical Lemon (strong brew, 4 minutes)
- 25ml Lavender honey
- 25ml Orange juice
- Coriander seeds
Methods and Directions
- Dissolve the honey in the fresh brewed tea, add some coriander seeds and chill it
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and gently pour the orange juice over the ice cubes in the glass
- Pour the tea over the ice cubes in the glass
- Garnish with a slice of orange, lemon and a sprig of lavender
