- 2cl Triple sec
- 1 barspoon tamarind pureé
- 5cl Clear apple juice
- 12cl Moroccan mint green tea (brewed for 3 minutes and chilled)

- Pour the ingredients over ice and stir.
- Garnish with lemon peel and blackcurrants
