Ingredients
- 100ml Dilmah Raspberry
- 50ml 100% Agave Reposado Tequila
- 30ml raspberry fresh fruit puree
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml runny honey
- Ginger beer
Methods and Directions
- Shake the first 3 ingredients and strain into an ice filled sling
- Dissolve the honey in the fresh brewed tea and pour over ice into the glass
- Top up with ginger beer
