- 2 Tea Bags of Dilmah Mango and strawberry infusion
- 50g Strawberry Fruit
- 20ml Sugar
- 50ml Strawberry cheesecake
- Melted ice cream
- 10ml Whipping cream
Methods and Directions
- Brew the tea for 5 minutes
- Blend tea with Strawberry fruit
- Add sugar
- Pour it over iced
- Add melted ice cream mix with whipping cream on top
- Add slice strawberry
- Add gold flakes
