Ingredients
- 50 ml Park Estate Emerald Green Special OP (chilled, 3 minute brew)
- 30 ml (Zubrowka) Vodka
- 15 ml Emerald Green Tea Syrup*
- 10 ml lemon juice
- Egg white
*Tea syrup: Dissolve 300 grams of sugar in 200 ml of strong brewed (5 minutes) Emerald Green Tea. Use chilled, store refrigerated
Methods and Directions
- Add all ingredients but the egg white to an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously for 8 seconds
- Strain into an empty shaker
- Add egg white and shake again for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with loose leaf tea
