Ingredients
- 160ml Park Estate Emerald Green Special OP
- Pinch of ground dried cardamom
- Pinch of ground white pepper
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Methods and Directions
- Add 2g of tea and the spices to a teapot of thétière.
- Add 200ml of spring water (80°C) and brew for 3 minutes
- Stir once after 1 minute, stir again after 2 minutes, stir once more before straining
- Fine-strain the tea into a snifter glass
- No garnish
