- 100ml Dilmah t-Series Single Estate Assam
- 100ml fresh milk
- 50ml brandy
- 50ml Honey
- 1 egg yolk
- Few cubes of ice
Methods and Directions
- Boil water and infuse the tea for 5-7 minutes.
- Add 100ml Single Estate Assam tea, 50ml brandy, 50ml Honey, 100ml fresh milk.
- Add 1 egg yolk.
- Add a few cubes of ice.
- Vigorously shake contents in a Cocktail Shaker for 6-8 seconds.
