- 230ml Dilmah Orange & Ginger Tea
- ½ teaspoon Lemon juice
- 50ml Sugar syrup
- 60ml Vodka
- Crushed Ice
- Slice of Orange
Methods and Directions
- Brew the tea for 3 minutes, strain and chill in the refrigerator.
- Divide the tea into two Collins glasses.
- Add crushed ice, a slice of orange, sugar syrup, lime juice and vodka and stir (Serves 2).
