- Pour 400ml of hot water into a ceramic teapot that has 2 teaspoons of Dilmah Ceylon Souchong tea.
- Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes before serving.
- Given its strong, smoky character, this tea is recommended to be taken without milk or sugar.
