Ingredients
- 2 Dilmah Chamomile Tea Bags
- 70 ml Gin or Vodka
- 20 ml Wild Strawberry Vermouth
- Lemon Zest
Methods and Directions
- Infuse the tea bags in 70 ml of gin or vodka for a minimum of 20 mins.
- Once the liquid is infused, pour into a mixing glass or tin along with the wild strawberry vermouth and top with ice and stir for about 30 seconds.
- Strain the ingredients out into a glass and garnish with the lemon zest.
