Ingredients
- 150ml Dilmah Yata Watte Tea
- 10ml Curacao
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Dark Rum
- 25ml Orange Juice
- Brown Sugar, Maple Syrup, or Honey to taste
Methods and Directions
- Brew the tea and strain.
- Add the hot tea, fruit juices, sugar, maple syrup, or honey into the saucepan and mix well until all sweeteners are dissolved.
- Add the Curacao and Dark Rum.
- Heat the contents without allowing them to boil.
- Stir well and serve in an Irish coffee mug.
