Crème de Watte
• 150ml Dilmah Yata Watte Tea
• 30ml Sambuca
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• Fresh Cream

Methods and Directions

Crème de Watte
• Brew the tea and strain.
• Add the Sambuca to the tea and stir.
• Float the cream on top and serve hot.
