Ingredients

  • 200ml Dilmah Premium Ceylon Tea
  • 75ml Malibu
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh Cream
  • 50ml Sugar Syrup
  • Crushed Ice

Methods and Directions

  • Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool.
  • Put crushed ice in a Cocktail Shaker and add tea, sugar syrup, cream and Malibu.
  • Shake well and serve.
