- 15ml Dilmah t-Series The First Ceylon Oolong
- 5ml Sugar syrup
- 10ml Brandy
Methods and Directions
- Brew 2g of tea in 100ml of water for 5 minutes and strain.
- Pour the tea and balance ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker.
- Vigorously shake the ingredients with a few cubes of ice for 8-10 seconds.
- Pour into a shot glass.
