- 100ml Dilmah Silver Jubilee Pure Chamomile Infusion
- 40ml Rum
- 15ml Caramel Syrup
- 20ml Coconut Puree (unsweetened)
- 40ml Pineapple Juice

- Garnish : Fresh Pineapple and mint
- Method: add all ingredients, shake and mix over ice cubes
