- 80ml Dilmah t-Series Galle District OP1
- Sprig of mint
- Sugar
Methods and Directions
- Brew 2g of tea in 100ml of hot water for 5 minutes and strain.
- Muddle mint with sugar in a glass.
- Pour the ingredients and a few cubes of ice into a Cocktail Shaker and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
- Pour into a Pilsner glass.
