Ingredients

  • 100ml chilled Dilmah Lemon
  • 30ml pear juice
  • 20ml Monin Orange syrup
  • 2 dashes “The Bitter Truth” grapefruit bitters

Methods and Directions

  • Fill the glass with ice cubes, slices of orange and slice of lemon
  • Pour the juice, syrup in bitters over the ice into the glass
  • Pour the tea into the glass
