- 10ml Dilmah Pure Chamomile Flowers
- 5ml lemon cordial
- 5g proepspuma (cold)
- 120ml champagne
- 20ml lychee liqueur
Methods and Directions
- Pour Lychee, the liqueur and Champagne and stir together until they are mixed consistently
- When settled, add the Chamomile Foam
